Prior to MSU, Steven was the West Coast Divisional Manager for ICOMS in El Segundo. A Dot Com start-up that was one of the first companies to offer an outsourced e-commerce platform with customers including Lycos, etc... ICOMS eventually was sold as the Dot Com Market retracted.

Steven was responsible for site location, hiring of staff, city compliance responsibilities (OSHA), radio and television ad creation, and over-all marketing. Air Boingo was the first and only bungee jumping operation in the Southern California area and is still operating today in select locations.
