The plot of the “American Horror Stories” Season 2 premiere, titled “Dollhouse,” begins with a creepy doll maker named Mr. Van Wirt (Denis O’Hare) in Natchez, Mississippi in 1961 who is hiring a secretary for his toy company. But the final few minutes of the episode are causing long-time “AHS” fans to explode in excitement on social media, with one viewer calling it an “epic ending.” Warning: This article contains spoilers so read at your own risk!
To recap, the kind-hearted Coby Dellum (Kristine Froseth) applies for the desk job position but is told she’s not right for it, and the next thing she knows she’s being kidnapped by Van Wirt’s henchman, Eustace (Matt Lasky). Guilt-ridden over the loss of her 8-year-old daughter, Jackie is quickly drawn into the mysteries of Havenhurst, in particular the disappearance of apartment 1006′s previous lost soul, a young woman (Harris) she befriended in rehab who vanished without a trace. It may seem, given my past reviews of found footage movies, that all I do is spew bile and vitriol when it comes to a lot of these particular movies but that doesn’t mean I’m not willing to still give the genre a a fair shake. Good job too, otherwise I would have missed out on a great example of it in The Den.
The idea of using the internet (and webcams) is nothing new in horror, it’s cropped up in dozens of movies, some good, a lot bad. With the advent of webcams, CCTV and “always-connected” devices, any good horror movie villain would – given that using the net is his or her modus operandi – have almost total control over their victims lives.

We know you're used to the finer things in life, Orange County, California: the beautiful weather, the bodacious babes, the glitz and glamour. Well, there's a horror fest on the horizon that is going to strip away all the beauty that is Orange County and bring a little darkness to the area. Say hello to the Everybody Dies Horror Film Festival.
Scheduled for October 21-22, the Everybody Dies Horror Film Festival will be presenting two days of debauchery, and we've got the names of the first two films right in our grubby little paws. Both shorts, the first two films announced are Nowhere Road, a horror/thriller directed by Benjamin Dynice, and Horror Movies Suck, a horror/comedy helmed by John Mark Triplett.
Festival organizers have given Everybody Dies the tagline Orange County, you've got red on you. I think you can count on plenty of the red, red kroovy.
