Kathryn Kennedy Fenton is an award winning Irish Producer. Kathryn was selected by European Film Promotion to be the Irish Producer On the Move at Cannes 2023. She is a creative Producer with multiple awards for the feature films produced to date;My Name is Emily (2015) starring Evanna Lynch (Harry Potter) premiere at TIFF 2015, It's Not Yet Dark (2017) narrated by Colin Farrell premiered at Sundance 2017, Atomic Hope: Inside the Pro-Nuclear Movement (2023), premiered at Hot Docs 2022. In 2022 she took on the role of Line Producer on The Miracle Club, director Thaddeus O'Sullivan, for producers Chris Curling of Zephyr Films and Larry Bass of ShinAwiL. The film starred Maggie Smith, Laura Linney and Kathy Bates. Kathryn is a member of ACE and Screen Producers Ireland. Her passion for film has been a lifelong dedication, achieving both an Honours Masters in Screenwriting and an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Film Production from the National Film School, along with over 15 years of experience working both in the production and assistant directing departments on set. She is CEO of her successful award-winning production company Kennedy Films, which she runs together with her partner Frankie Fenton, based in Ireland.
