The latest season of 9-1-1 has come and gone, and to say it was a ride would be an understatement.
After a thrilling start, the season lost its footing, with a handful of hours toward the end that didn't quite feel as satisfying as those earlier installments. 9-1-1 Season 6 Episode 18 especially had us spinning our wheels, with an ending that felt rushed and awkward at times.
But there was still a lot to love about the season overall and a lot to look forward to as the series found new life in the eleventh hour, and we will return for another season on a new network.
TV Fanatics and 9-1-1 enthusiasts Whitney Evans and Jasmine Blu chatted about the season, what worked and what didn't, and what they need to see when the series returns.

Welcome to our first edition of the Yellowjackets Season 2 round table!
Participants include two TV Fanatic senior staff writers (and reader favorites) Jasmine Peterson and Whitney Evans, and my good friend and long-time TV opinion collaborator, Ivey West.
Each week, they'll share thoughts on the biggest events of the latest episode, and we desperately hope you'll share yours, as well. So, pull up a chair and join the table for our Yellowjackets Season 2 Episode 1 discussion!
Which side of the story grabbed more of your attention during the premiere: the past or the present? Why?
Whitney: I actually liked both, in as much as it's hard for me to say one was more engaging than the other definitively. There were parts of both that were a bit sluggish, but overall I thought it was a decent premiere. In the present, I'm most interested in the fallout from Adam's murder, so I...

Thony got in everyone's way as she tried to stop Arman and Nadia from murdering Robert, only putting people in more danger.
Thony asked Garrett to follow Arman, and then she gave Robert CPR after he went into cardiac arrest after Nadia poisoned him on The Cleaning Lady Season 2 Episode 10.
TV Fanatics Jasmine Peterson, Whitney Evans, and Laura Nowak discuss how Thony's choices will affect her relationships, the progression of Arman and Thony, and whom we think is in danger.
How will Thony's relationships be affected now that she's betrayed both Arman and Garrett?
Jasmine: Oh, Thony, baby. The men in her life were shaken after this episode. I have no idea. Ironically, I think that both men care about Thony so much that they still do whatever they can to protect her, so they'll be upset, but it won't change that much.

Finding out that Robert and Nadia were married may change everything moving forward.
Thony found the evidence they needed to take Robert down and a marriage certificate on The Cleaning Lady Season 2 Episode 8.
TV Fanatics Jasmine Peterson, Whitney Evans, and Laura Nowak discuss if Arman still loves Nadia, how Arman and Thony's differing goals will work, and how Robert and Nadia's marriage will affect things moving forward.
Do you think Thony's guilt over what happened to Maya and hurting Garrett will come out at the worst time?
Jasmine: Oh. Is there any other time for it to come out? They have to maximize the drama, and I'm expecting a full fallout when that happens, and it will happen.
Whitney: I could see that happening, but is it possible it comes out in another besides Thony? The peak drama is Garrett finding another way and confronting Thony and Arman.

After Robert forced Arman to shoot Maya, everyone's lives changed.
Robert forces Arman to shoot Maya to prove his loyalty, and he saves Thony's life on The Cleaning Lady Season 2 Episode 7.
TV Fanatics Jasmine Peterson, Whitney Evans, and Laura Nowak discuss if Arman will get over taking Maya's life, how Maya's death will affect Garrett and what storylines we want to see in the remaining episodes of Season 2.
There were so many twists and turns in this week's episode. What surprised you the most, and what surprised you the least?
Jasmine: I knew Robert was diabolical, but they kicked it up a notch. I gasped when they suffocated that guy. And him forcing Arman to shoot Maya. That entire sequence was insane to me, and I was glued to the television.

During The Cleaning Lady Season 2 Episode 5, Thony and Arman fought over whether to sell street jobs, and the cleaning ladies landed their first contract.
TV Fanatics Jasmine Peterson, Whitney Evans, and Laura Nowak discuss their favorite Armony scenes, whether Arman, Garrett, and Thony can work together, and their first impressions of Jasmine's dad, Jd.
The cleaning ladies are back in business. React.
Jasmine: I loved how quickly they got back on their feet, and I'm glad that it seems to be doing well. Landing contracts-- that's the biggest hurdle. Once you get a good one, it's guaranteed, and word of mouth from there. I'm proud of them.
Whitney: I agree with Jasmine. I felt very proud of them and excited for them. I hope they continue to have success with it. I like when we get to see them get some wins.

TV Fanatics Jasmine Peterson, Whitney Evans, and Laura Nowak discuss the accidental death and everything else in the season premiere.
The Cleaning Lady returned darker and even more unpredictable. Grade the Season 2 premiere.
Jasmine: Ohhh. I would give it a solid B+. They picked up where things left off a bit, the stakes seem much higher than before, and I am just so invested in everything.
It's so damn good to have The Cleaning Lady Back, and I can already tell they're about to take us on a ride. Also, Arman looked damn near edible in that prison jumpsuit. How does he look good in literally anything? I hate him for that! I mean, I don't, let's be honest, but...

Once again, we've got TV Fanatic senior staff writers Whitney Evans and Jack Ori joined by Yellowstone super fans Julie Castaneda and Jim Thomas.
They're digging into everything Yellowstone Season 4 Episode 7, and we can't wait to hear your thoughts, too!
John is running for governor. What do you make of it?
Julie: This is a bad decision. John isn't a politician. He doesn't want to do it. Somebody is going to assassinate him! Probably paid for by Garrett!
Jim: Desperate times call for desperate measures. Jaime would be devastating for Montana, and while John is old school, his desire to preserve the Montana way of life is unwavering.
Jack: Beth made some good points about how John could stop the airport and other development plans for the land and save the ranch if he were in power. John may not have initially wanted to run,...

Rafa's true colors have finally come out to play. React!
Laura: I’m not overly surprised, but I feel for Max. This is not what he needs amidst his family drama. I’m really glad Aki sleuthed and got to the truth, but is it going to come back and bite him?
I was also concerned when Rafa grabbed Max’s arm when he wanted to be with his friends. He really enjoys having a hold over him, and I hope they can find a way to arrest him for “grooming.”

It's incredible to think that just a few years ago, we didn't know the Pearson family.
In just four seasons of This Is Us, the Big 3 has burrowed their way into our hearts in a way that only a handful of TV families have managed to do.
From the stunning pilot episode to the heartbreaking fight between brothers during This Is Us Season 4 finale, we've found our selves wanting to hug the Pearson clan.
We also, occasionally, want to strangle them, too.
So while we wait for This Is Us Season 5, my fellow TV Fanatics, Jack Ori, Berea Orange, Sarah Little, Whitney Evans, Jasmine P., Lizzy Buczak, Jessica Lerner, and I have gotten together to kibitz, complain and debate all things Pearson.
Christine: So let's dive in and ask who was your favorite character at the beginning of the series, and has that changed?
Berea: Randall has been my favorite...

As two of the most popular reality competition shows on CBS, Survivor and Big Brother have been a part of a long, heated discussion as to which show is better.
They both have been on the air since 2000, and while the games have evolved for both competitions, there are millions of diehard fans who are willing to defend their favorite.
Our TV Fanatics Whitney Evans and Sarah Little sat down to discuss the similarities and differences between Survivor and Big Brother and make their cases as to which reality television series is superior.
Whitney: Okay, so let's just get right into it. Why do you think Survivor is the superior reality show?
Sarah: There are a lot of things that make Survivor great. But I think one of the main reasons why it is better than Big Brother is that most, if not all, of the contestants are Survivor fans.

Annie's therapy sessions are getting weird. Where do you see this storyline headed?
Jasmine: As usual with Annie, somewhere inappropriate. So, she's trying to seduce her therapist then, yes? I don't understand what this is.
Why doesn't he just diagnose her with a sex addiction or something and call it a day? Why hasn't she learned that a spark doesn't mean crap and that isn't what an adult relationship should revolve around?...

Join our TV Fanatics Lizzy Buczak, Jasmine Blu, Meaghan Frey, and Whitney Evans as they discuss the hour.
What did you make of Beth's three-part plan?
Lizzy: The first two steps are what she should have been doing since the moment Rio waltzed back into her life. She thought Rio would just forget about the fact that she tried to kill him and learned the hard way that he wasn't in the mood to forgive and forget.
She can pull the first two steps off, but I don't foresee the third part going so well for her since we've learned that Rio is one step ahead at all times.

Join TV Fanatics Lizzy Buczak, Meaghan Frey, Jasmine Blu, and Whitney Evans as they break down the season finale.
Rio is alive! React!
Lizzy: Well, duh. But also, Yes! I know Rio is the villain, but I (and I assume plenty of others) have a soft spot in my heart for him.
Manny Montana plays him with such devilish charm. Rio is only getting started, and Beth needs to watch out because if she thought he was dangerous before, she truly has no idea what he's capable of.
Jasmine: Hell yeah! You could find me grinning...

It's been a wild week in the Big Brother house, so it's time for another round table to discuss all the wildest events.
Below, TV Fanatics Justin Carreiro, Whitney Evans, Jasmine Blu, and Paul Dailly chat Nick's nominations, Bella's lies, and more.
Nick nominated Jessica and Cliff for eviction. Was this a good move?
Justin: No!!! His nominations might be one of the worst yet.
He knew that his Gr8ful/H8ful/ "whatever they're calling themselves now" alliance plotted to betray him and Bella this week.
If he had not won Hoh, he could've been evicted. But yet, he still went after the outsiders and ignored the problem at hand.
I wouldn't be surprised if he or Bella get evicted next week. He wasted his chance to make a big move.
Whitney: Ditto what Justin said. Nick had a chance to make a big move, and instead, he went...

Well, that was certainly a way to close a season!
How to Get Away with Murder Season 4 Episode 15 closed with the mother of all revelations. A kid appeared at Middleton to join the law course.
Is it Annalise's son?
Below, TV Fanatics Jasmine Blu, Whitney Evans and Justin Carreiro discuss the big twist and how much steam the show has left.
Who is that kid at Middleton University?
Jasmine: We're led to believe that he is perhaps Bonnie's son. It feels like the likely scenario.
It would give her something meaty next season, as she has been lacking this season, and she's on the way to being somewhat happy, so why not drop a bombshell like that?
But I could make a similar argument for him being Annalise's kid too. I'm leaning towards Bonnie though.

That was quite the crossover, you guys!
On How to Get Away with Murder Season 4 Episode 13, the team continued to try and take on the State of Pennsylvania, and it seemed like there were some significant twists.
Below, TV Fanatics Jasmine Blu, Whitney Evans and Justin Carreiro discuss all of those twists and what's to come next!
Michaela slept with Marcus from Scandal. React!
Jasmine: I'm disappointed but not surprised. The second they were onscreen together it was apparent where this was headed. Not only do they have great chemistry, but unfortunately, Michaela has always been hung up on and unable to shake "her perfect and ideal" man.
She wanted an established, successful, mature black man to be her "Barack." Marcus checks all of the boxes. It sucks to be Asher.

How much more death and destruction can these characters take?
That's one of the bigger questions after How to Get Away with Murder Season 4 Episode 12.
Below, TV Fanatics Jasmine Blu, Whitney Evans, and Justin Carreiro discuss Isaac's big lie, Annalise coming clean and so much more!
What did you think of Isaac lying about Stella?
Jasmine: I didn't have strong feelings for Isaac either way, but that was still shocking to me. Does it get any lower? Jimmy Smits and Viola Davis were amazing in their last scene though.
Whitney: I thought that whole scene was incredibly disturbing. I never thought Isaac was a bad guy, and I'm still not sure that he is, but he has a lot of issues, and he's made some incredibly poor decisions in his life.
Justin: Isaac has never been one of my favorite characters, and he's consistently proving why. He's a liar like the rest of them,...

Will Laurel win the case against her father?
On How to Get Away with Murder Season 4 Episode 10, Laurel's mother returned to her life, but does she want to help win the case?
Below, TV Fanatics Whitney Evans, Jasmine Blu, and Justin Carreiro discuss all of the big twists, and what's coming next.
Laurel's mother is headed to see her daughter. Why was she calling Dominick?
Whitney: I have no idea. Was she in on the plan with Jorge? Was she keeping tabs on Laurel? I guess we will see how this plays out over the rest of the season! And can I just say the casting on this show is always incredible? We've got Esai Morales, Jimmy Smits and now Lolita Davidovich!
Jasmine: Holy crap, I have no idea! What's the relation between Dominick and the Castillo family because I'm starting to wonder if it goes deeper than we know.
