Steve Tot has worked as Line Producer / Production Manager at the
Hungarian Television in Budapest. He migrated to Australia with his
family in 1992. Steve was employed at Special Broadcasting Service
Local Production Department as senior Production Manager between 1994
and 2006. There he worked with well known television personals such as
Maeve O'Meara, Karl Kruszelnicki, Helen Vatsakopoulos, Pria
Viswalingam, Lee Lin Chin, Silvio Rivier, Steve Abbott.
Steve worked on 65 SBS television series including "Food Lovers' Guide to Australia", "Second Opinion", "Talking Heads", "Fork in the road", "Fashionista", "Global Village", "Under the Grandstand", etc.
Since founding his own company Dreams and Visions Productions in 2006, Steve has produced a pilot titled "Truckies' Guide to Australia" with well known Australian actor Steve Bisley and one of Australia's most popular and multi-faceted celebrities Annalise Braakensiek. His work also includes a video on a community theatre play A Good Man in 2022, a documentary for the Australian Knife Art Association in 2018, an art series for TVS in 2012, a promo for Daimler Australia as well as a story about Dr.George Hangay, an Australian Naturalist, for SBS documentary series "Global Village".
