- Mikie started rapping on the basketball courts of Cabrini Green at 12 yrs old, at the time some of the most dangerous projects in the country.
In 1999, he was featured on the double CD "Monsters of the Midway", most known for the song "Midwest Invasion" with Twista and Layzie Bone. Mikie was on the second CD, on a track titled "Life In the Cold".
In 2001, Mikie closed a Live Fox News performance for Chicago hip hop legends Do Or Die and Johnny P.
Having released three full albums before 2003, and being featured on albums that include artists Twista, DA Smart, PsychoDrama, Do Or Die, DMX, Crucial Conflict, Malik Yusef, Teefa, just to mention a few. He has rocked stages with rock icons like Slipknot, Korn, Papa Roach, and many more.
