Christian Glawe is an award-winning film and TV editor, with over 20 years experience editing content in a wide variety of non-fiction formats and genres. Most recently, his editing work on NatGeo's "Trafficked" was nominated for an Emmy in 2023 (Outstanding Editing: News, and Outstanding Crime and Justice Documentary).
Christian also edited the official trailer for the Academy Award-winning documentary short film "The Lady In Number Six" (Winner, Best Documentary (Short Subject), 2014), which also won Best Trailer at the 2013 LA New Media Film Festival.
Christian was also part of the editorial team for the feature documentary "Science Fair", which won the Festival Favorite Award at the Sundance Film Festival (2018), the Festival Favorite Award at the South by Southwest Film Festival (2018), and the Best Documentary Award from the Portland International Film Festival (2018).
Christian also served as editor for the internationally syndicated "Jack Hanna's Animal Adventures", featuring Emmy Award-winning host Jack Hanna.
Throughout his career, Christian has edited non-fiction programming for NatGeo, HBO Films, PBS, CNN Films, New Line Cinema, MTV, OWN, Travel Channel, and many others.
Christian graduated from Hampshire College, where he studied film and video production. He lives in Los Angeles with his family, and is an avid baseball fan and chess player.
