Damian was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is a producer, director,
and entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in TV, Musical
Theater, Concerts & Touring, Music Recording, and Corporate Events.
In 2002, he started working as an acting coach and eventually became a renowned casting director for major Network TV series in Argentina, which have all been sold to more than 30 countries around the world. Damian casted and trained over a hundred TV personalities-especially kids, teenagers and young adults-who later starred in TV shows which have been broadcasted all over the globe.
Damian has also become a specialist in the Live Entertainment field. He began as a stage manager in Walt Disney's musical productions throughout South America. He later moved on to creating major theatre and concert productions such as a tribute to Pink Floyd's opera rock, "The Wall". Damian has also planned and produced mega corporate events for brands like Gillette, Coca-Cola, Mercedes Benz, Bosch, Adidas, and Siemens. In 2007, he was chosen to create and manage the Theater & Concert division for Cris Morena Group, one of Latin America's most respected entertainment companies. During his tenure, Damian served as the executive producer for various seasons of top-notch musicals in "Avenida Corrientes", Buenos Aires' world-famous theater district.
In 2008, Damian was chosen by international media company "RGB Entertainment" to become the manager of the famous teen pop band, "TeenAngels". Since its formation, the band has recorded several certified platinum albums, all of them released by Sony Music Entertainment. Damian managed the band on tour throughout 18 different countries in Europe, Latin America and Asia, where they held massive concerts for more than 500,000 fans worldwide. The band also starred in 4 seasons of its own TV series, "Casi Angeles", which was broadcasted by major TV networks worldwide, including Disney Channel, Nickelodeon, and Cartoon Network. During Damian's tenure, "TeenAngels" received several awards for the band's successful contribution to both TV and Music, including "Argentinean band of the year" two years in a row, granted by international radio network "40 Principales" (2009 & 2010), and 3 "Martin Fierro" for "Best TV Series for Children/Youth" (2008, 2009 & 2010), the most prominent awards for TV productions in Argentina.
Damian De Luca holds a Master of Science in Entertainment Business. He graduated from Full Sail University in Winter Park, FL, where he was the recipient of several accolades and awards.
