Kate Gosselin is the mom of eight kids, and they all finally moved out of their teens and into their 20s this month. With the Kate Plus 8 star pretty much keeping to herself these days, it’s not easy to decipher what she’s been up to. But it’s plain for the fans to see from her latest post that her lifestyle is not ideal.
Kate Gosselin: The Celebrity – The Mom
Pretty much everything that can be said has been said about Kate Gosselin’s mothering tactics. It’s no secret that fans of her long-gone TLC series were not thrilled with how Kate handled things when the kids were much younger.
Fans often described Kate Gosselin as a woman with a short fuse. As the kids got older, the family fractured. That’s when two of the Gosselin sextuplets left Kate to go live with Jon Gosselin, their dad.

State officials rule that Kate and Jon Gosselin’s sextuplets can continue to be filmed for Kate Plus 8.
It’s back to work for Kate Gosselin’s 6-year-old sextuplets. Pennsylvania’s Department of Labor and Industry released a statement yesterday declaring that the Gosselin kids’ work permits for Kate Plus 8 were valid, despite recent complaints that they were illegal.
State Rep. Thomas Murt had argued that Pennsylvania law allows children under 7 to work in movies, but not TV. But labor officials ruled that Aaden, Alexis, Collin, Hannah, Joel and Leah Gosselin are not being “unlawfully exploited” while filming Kate Plus 8 (with their mom and older siblings Mady and Cara) as the permits protect the 6-year-olds from working too many hours and ensure they receive earnings from the Tlc show.
Murt however is not happy with the decision and is insisting that the case be taken to the state’s attorney general.
