Fox News host Bill O'Reilly flipped out on liberal colleague Alan Colmes on The O'Reilly Factor Tuesday night, and launched eight Mediaite articles, a handful of MSNBC segments, and a drum circle of Fox News navel-gazing. Just when this observer was about to start throwing stuff at his laptop, though, The Ed Show host Ed Schultz pulled the baller move of booking Bill O'Reilly's own body language expert, Tonya Reiman, to dissect his tantrum, and hopefully closing the loop on this angst-fest.

Former California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger sure said a lot last night on 60 Minutes. I know this because cable news has spent a good chunk of the day playing the clips where he says cheating on Maria Shriver was "the biggest mistake" of his life. But apparently Wpix-ny doesn't think the Governator said enough... you know, with just his mouth alone... so they turned to certified PhD in Body Language Studies (not really) Tonya Reiman to tell us what Ahnold really meant to say when he delivered before millions of viewers what seemed like heartfelt remorse for his transgressions.

During Bill O'Reilly's pre-Super Bowl interview with Barack Obama, it was hard not to notice the two men's body language. For most of their conversation, O'Reilly was leaning forward, almost as if he were going to leap from his chair, whereas Obama sat back in his seat with his legs crossed.
Body language expert Tonya Reiman broke down the interview on 'The O'Reilly Factor' (weekdays, 8Pm Et on Fox News),
"Kind of like a pounce position," was how she described O'Reilly being on the edge of his chair. Obama, on the other hand, was more closed off, according to her, because he was expecting tough questions.

It's always fun when Bill O'Reilly visits The View. Bob posted about it yesterday, too, talking about how weird Whoopi was acting.
My first thought whenever O'Reilly visits The View is Joy Behar. She always looks like she'd rather be anywhere else but sitting next to him. But I suppose she puts up with it -- and has no choice in the matter -- because O'Reilly and Barbara Walters have been friends for a long time, and Barbara, of course, has the final say on who gets on the show and who doesn't.
This is all speculation, of course. I have no idea what goes on behind the scenes. Just reading the body language, which I've learned a little about while watching Tonya Reiman on O'Reilly's Fox show, The O'Reilly Factor.
