- If he weren't an actor, he'd probably be a history teacher.
- Current mantra: "Let's get started now".
- Baptized Catholic; confirmed Episcopalian.
- Dog-lover -- grew up with an English Springer Spaniel and a Gordon Setter; now lives with three chihuahua mixes.
- Built for cold, wet weather (he is a North-man) and often misses the snow, rain and mud, but this SoCal weather can't be beat day-to-day.
- One major structural injury -- a massive right shoulder sprain as a result of the most violent double-unhorsing on the TV show "Full Metal Jousting". The specialist who looked at Paul afterwards told him the damage was equivalent to punching a car right before it hit him head-on at 45 miles per hour. Took six months of rehab to get the range of motion back, and another six to build strength.
- He is an expert horseman.
- Favorite movies: Indiana Jones, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, The Adventures of Robin Hood, Back to the Future. Ghostbusters, the Music Man, Bedknobs and Broomsticks.

- Radio stations while driving: Classical KUSC, Kjazz 88.1 (they play ONLY Frank Sinatra Saturday's 10 pm - midnight); classic rock.
- Childhood regret/what if -- Paul Suda never had a sister. It would have saved him quite a bit of catching-up in college and after if he'd had more female perspective.
- First time he fell head-over-heels in love: He was Pat Gilbert in the musical "State Fair", junior year in high school, and Jenni Shaver was Margie Frake. He had to kiss her quite a bit, and before he knew it Paul was walking on air. It wasn't really real -- he asked her to prom, she turned him down; it was heartbreaking- - but it was real to him for the run of the show.
- Most important creative undertaking of his life up til now: "Tower of Joy", a Game of Thrones fan film that he crowdfunded, produced, and for which he designed the sword fights.
- He is a historical European Martial Artist (Italian longsword).
- Paul Suda is an avid hobby tabletop gamer -- board games (Settlers of Catan, Twilight Imperium, A Game of Thrones board game, Dungeons and Dragons, POWER GRID).
- Moment he realized he wanted to be an actor for a living: It was about time to consider colleges, and up to that point Paul Suda always assumed he'd be an engineer like his Dad. So when his Dad asked Paul one day (while he was driving Paul home from rehearsal) what his son wanted to study, Paul told him he thought engineering. His Dad paused and told Paul that, while he had a good job, he wasn't super passionate about it. And that it was okay for his son to think about what he REALLY want to do, and go do that.
- Sense of humor: Clean and dark. The biggest influences are Calvin & Hobbes, old Warner Bros. cartoons, and to a lesser extent Family Guy and South Park.

- BATMAN job made him slightly claustrophobic.
- Places where he spends the most time at home: In the kitchen, and curled up in bed with his wife Mei, catching up on their impossibly full DVR.

- Wind player -- clarinet (good), sax (okay), penny whistle (pretty good).

- Weight-lifter: Bench 315, Squat 315, Deadlift 425.
- Breakfast music: Benny Goodman.
- Tap dancer.
- History passions: Maritime (especially the Age of Exploration, age of revolution, and turn-of-the-century mail-liner period, i.e. Titanic and Lusitania), medieval history (turns out Game of Thrones prepares your brain to understand convoluted medieval politics), and pre-WWI Europe.
- Once jumped on a pogo stick till the metal melted and bent... and he fell down.
- He is a HUGE fantasy geek. "A Game of Thrones" is his favorite book / book series of all time.
- Favorite Disney movie: Sleeping Beauty (Prince Philip ain't too bright, but is a badass with a sword, and his horse is his wingman).
- His parents met because of sail-boats. His dad is a naval architect, his mom a competitive sailor. No surprise, maritime history is a passion of Paul's.
- Has long hair (geeky prince charming re-brand) but HATES it, Would rather wear it like a Ken-doll.
- Three scars, all horse-stunt related -- left knee badly skinned in a stunt fall gone bad, nose-bridge scar from being unhorsed in a competitive joust and falling on his head, and a gnarly scar on his right lower back... from slipping on some sand in the Medieval Times locker room and scraping his back on an aluminum bench.
- His romantic match "type" -- skinny neurotic brunettes.
- He loves riding horses, but he's a dog person -- horses are not to be trusted.
- Paul Suda is 6'4" tall.
- Most popular thing he can bake: GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE.
