- Knight Rider (TV series) (2008) - Episode "Knight of the Zodiac" - Played a Las Vegas Police Detective in a bit part.
- (July 2007) Interviewed Tim Gunn of the reality show "Project Runway." Christian's article and photograph of Mr. Gunn were published in Palm Springs Life magazine.
- (1979 - 1980) Worked with the Springfield Civic Theater in Springfield, Ohio. Christian performed in two plays. He played "Christopher Wren" in Agatha Christie's "The Mousetrap" and appeared in the lead role as "Charles Condomine" in Noel Coward's comedy "Blithe Spirit". Both plays required him to speak with an English accent.
- (August 1957) Christian was a child guest on "The Linkletter Show" where he was interviewed in the "Kids Say the Darndest Things" segment. At the time, his mother wrote to many of the state governors because of his love of geography and several wrote official letters back to him after his appearance. Among them were Earl Long of Louisiana, Averell Harriman of New York, Abraham Ribicoff of Connecticut, and Goodwin Knight of California. When the show was revived in 1998 with Bill Cosby as host, Christian was invited back to be in the studio audience with other child guests of the original show as a surprise to Mr. Linkletter, who was present.
- (1983) Was in the audience of the local TV show "People are Talking" on San Francisco station KPIX-5 with Ross McGowan and Ann Fraser. Christian was able to ask guest Betty White a question on camera, then complimented the star's blue eyes. Ms. White was clearly seen blushing.

- (January 2001 - September 2003) Art Director for "Racquet Tech Magazine" in Del Mar, California. Christian designed and illustrated over 30 covers for the magazine. During this period, he also designed and illustrated the cover for the book "The Physics and Technology of Tennis" by Howard Brody, Rod Cross, and Crawford Lindsey.
- (1954 - 1957) Performed in radio commercials for station KMPC in Hollywood. Among the sponsors were Puritan Bakery, George Allen Rambler, and Casa La Golondrina Restaurant.
- (2015) Selected by the California Historical Society as a Core Partner for the official centennial celebration of the 1915 Panama-Pacific International Exposition in San Francisco. The premiere of his feature film, "When the World Came to San Francisco", is part of that observance.
- (March 2, 2017) He won first prize in the Air Force Association's "Airman for Life" logo competition. His design was unveiled at the A.F.A.'s "Air Warfare Symposium" in Orlando, Florida.
- (2022) Was a model for Glarry Instruments for their on-line guitar advertising campaign.
