Mumbai, Sep 7: Actress Chitrashi Rawat, who plays the lead role in upcoming social-thriller "Black Home" hopes the film generates awareness about the brutality and cruelty faced by girls in remand homes.
Directed by Ashish Deo, the film is based on true incidents and attempts to reveal the life of girls in remand homes.
"We have worked very hard on 'Black Home'. This is a subject that I would like everybody to know about. It is about those girls whom nobody thinks about and even if one does, then nobody talks about it," Chitrashi told reporters here Friday at the film's music launch.
"Everything tends to happen.
