- Patrick is a London Film School alumnus and a leading genre filmmaker. He moved to India in 2010 and has written a number of feature scripts since then, two of which were commissioned by Phantom Films. In his initial years in India, he made several commercials and developed Ladies Room for YRF's Y-Films - one of the first original Indian web series. He made his writing and directorial debut with the limited series Ghoul produced by Phantom Films, Ivanhoe Pictures, and Blumhouse, for Netflix. Patrick was also part of the writers' room for the groundbreaking Netflix series Leila, an adaptation of the dystopian novella of the same name. He was the showrunner, head writer, and lead director on Netflix's Betaal, a zombie horror series co-produced by Ivanhoe Pictures, SK Global, Blumhouse, and Red Chillies. He was also commissioned to write a pilot for a crime-thriller series being produced by Yash Raj Films. Most recently, he developed and directed Dancing on the Grave, a true crime docu-series for Amazon Prime India which released in April 2023 and has been receiving widely positive reviews. - Is of Scottish ancestry and is a descendant of Thomas Graham, 1st Baron Lynedoch and Lieutenant-Colonel John Graham. Full name is John Patrick Lynedoch Graham.
- Writer Matt Graham (The Untold History of the United States) is his older brother.
- Each of his films/ television series has a reference to '34GMD' but it is not known why.
- Co-creator of the North London art installation 'Wendy' (2006) in Golders Green. A piece reflecting modern day waste, consumerism, inactivity and torment using clay and metal. The piece was sadly destroyed by vandals shortly after its completion.
