Wayne Newton has been working with a Las Vegas bankruptcy judge, selling off his exotic animals and now moving out of his estate of 45 years, the "Casa de Shenandoah," reports the AP.
Newton will downsize from the 40-acre estate to a 20-acre area that has room for his peacocks, horses and Charlie the penguin, says Newton's sister-in-law Tricia McCrone.
The new house has three bedrooms, a swimming pool, a spa, three fireplaces and over 9,000 square feet of living space. Newton's wife Kathleen (pictured above with Newton) says it will be called "The Shenandoah."
The move comes as Csd LLC has purchased the walled compound and may look to open it as a "Graceland west" museum-type attraction commemorating Newton's career.
