With nearly three million views on YouTube, 12-year-old Lauren Taveras
is an emerging music artist who has been nominated "Best New Unsigned
Artist of the Year" by Tween Pop Radio. Her debut album, "Destiny,"
recorded when she was just 11 years old, showcases the confidence of
this emerging Pop and R&B artist.
Produced by Billboard(TM) album of the year winner and multi-platinum
producer of "High School Musical" Andrew Lane and voice coach Nick
Cooper, who has coached Beyonce, Lauren Taveras's "Destiny"
demonstrates a voice talent reminiscent of a younger Katy Perry or
Adele. In addition to being an artist of Latin origin, Lauren
emphasizes her inner soul with Rihanna tones in the lower register, and
a dance vibe attuned to the beat of Nicki Minaj.
Friendly with the camera and represented by Kazarian/Spencer/Ruskin
(KSR), Lauren is also an emerging young television and film actress,
starring in Disney Channel's "My Family Tree" and the new Discovery
Channel television series "The Exorcist Files."
