Megan Cordero grew up in the small town of Atascadero, California where she
started performing as a ballerina and starred as Clara in The
Nutcracker and Puck in A Midsummer Night's Dream among many other
principal roles. She received her B.A. in Theatre Arts from California
Lutheran University, and went on to study with John Swanbeck who
directed Kevin Spacey in Big Kahuna, Mark Tillman CSA, and iO West. Because her parents were still
Philippine citizens when she was born, she is a dual citizen of the
U.S. and The Philippines. She has played a male role in every
Shakespeare play she has ever been in. At the age of twelve she was
chosen to be a People to People Sports Ambassador in the Gothia World
Cup for soccer in Sweden. In her free time, Ms. Cordero enjoys writing
poetry and playing classical piano. She also likes to indulge herself
in monthly mani-pedis with her mother.
