“We do have stadiums, but they aren’t necessarily serving elevated food by any means,” says “MasterChef” contestant Lizzie Hartman following her elimination on Wednesday night’s episode. “I just got in my head a little bit. There were so many times I should have just changed gears, but I didn’t and it sent me home.” Watch our exclusive video interview above.
In this “United Tastes of America” episode, judges Gordon Ramsay, Aarón Sánchez and Joe Bastianich introduced the top 10 home chefs to season 11 winner Kelsey Murphy, who challenged them to take traditional stadium food to new heights. Hey, "MasterChef" fans. Tonight, August 30, 2023, another 2, new episodes of MasterChef's current season 13 did indeed hit the air with judges: Joe Bastianich, Gordon Ramsay, and Aarón Sánchez, and we saw two more contestants get sent packing at the end of them. The first episode kicked off with the contestants learning that they had to do a new Mystery box challenge. Their boxes contained different kinds of fish. Sav and MD were safe from elimination, and they got to make certain contestants swap their fish. MD made Grant switch his fish out with James' fish. Sav made Kennedy switch out her salmon fish with Reagan's sardine fish. The contestants had 60 minutes to make their dish. During this challenge, it was revealed that Reagan is allergic to fish, which made this an even tougher challenge for her because she couldn't taste test her dish before serving it up to the judges.
