Possibly one of the most unique films ever to fall under the banner of Irish Film, 'abstract horror' movie limp. will be available for public consumption, for free, on Vimeo from Monday 12th of January, . The movie follows Mr Grott (Eoin Quinn), a lonely man who murders the object of his affections in order to live out his dream of loving someone and to be loved in return, one that slowly starts to unravel. Coming from the independent production company Crooked Creations, founded by director Shaun Ryan and Dop Kevin Minogue, limp. was made on a micro budget of €900, with much of the cast and crew donating their time for free. Since premiere at the inaugural IndieCork Film Festival in 2013, the movie has gone on to receive massive amounts of praise for it's dark subject matter, unique visual style, and Quinn's fantastic lead performance. The Irish independent film scene continues unabated, with a unique new horror coming our way from production company Crooked Creations. Limp. is a new independent abstract horror which has just completed post-production and is now currently being entered into film festivals worldwide. Limp follows Mr Grott (played by Eoin Quinn) a lonely man who is so infatuated by a woman (played by Anne Gill) that he goes to extreme lengths to be with her. Unfortunately the woman is dead. Now Mr Grott lives out his dream of having someone to love and be loved in a chaotic and disorientating world. All of this however cannot last and ultimately no good can come from this relationship. Limp. was written and directed by Shaun Ryan, and produced by both Shaun Ryan & Kevin Minogue from their independent production company Crooked Creations.
