Match #1: Knockouts #1 Contender Battle Royal – Alisha Edwards def. Killer Kelly, Masha Slamovich, KiLynn King, Gisele Shaw, Savannah Evans, Jody Threat, Jessicka, Courtney Rush & Vanna Black The following is courtesy of impactwrestling.com:
Trinity’s challenger for the Knockouts World Title at Victory Road will be determined in this over-the-top-rope Battle Royal! The Death Dollz bring the fight to Alisha and Black, who form a momentary alliance. The first elimination comes when Mk Ultra toss Black to the outside. We begin with a recap of last week’s main event and already the presentation has improved by leaps and bounds. The production is slick and polished, but the overly dramatic music is still pretty cheesy and takes the shine off a little.
Kevin Kelly and Nigel McGuinness are standing by the entrance ramp discussing last week’s main event, and announce tonight’s main event will be Davey Richards against his training partner Kyle O’Riley
And then we have a perfect example of everything that’s wrong with wrestling by cutting to a promo of Mike Mondo, aka Biff from Back To The Future. He tells people not to crowd him “’cause I take up a lot of space”. I actually rolled my eyes at that one. Basically the whole promo is about how strong he is and Mike thinks he’s the “biggest man in town”.

Before the opening titles we get a recap of last weeks Proving Ground between new comers Caprice Colman and Cedric Alexander against Wrestling’s Greatest Tag Team, which admittedly is well worth watching again, and the post match promo from Dem Boys, the Briscos.
There are some subtle tweaks to the set up they have at the Davis Arena in Louisville, Kentucky which gives Roh a more professional look.
This week’s main event is the American Wolves (Davey Richards & Eddie Edwards) against the House Of Truth (Mike Elgin and Roderick Strong)
This weeks opening match has a tag team debuting. They are known as the Bravado brothers and they look like extras from The Brady Bunch. They face The Young Bucks, formerly known as Generation Me in Tna Wrestling. It’s good to see them back even if they are still dressed in what Alex Shelly once called “Hardy...

This latest episode of Ring Of Honor Wrestling was recorded from Loiusville, Kentucky, and right off the bat we get treated to a little sample of how Roh’s new show is slowly adding to its presentation style. We see commentators Nigel McGuinnes and Kevin Kelly on screen broadcasting together for the first time. It’s a nice touch, giving Roh a little more legitimacy as a contender in the broadcast stakes, and also charmingly reminiscent of Joey Style’s old backstage area in Ecw. There’s even a chain link fence in the background. They tell us that the show’s main event will be Jay Lethal’s first defence of his Television Championship against Mike Bennet. I have to say, its really cool that there is a title match each week, it gives it a real big fight feel every week.
