He continued, “Britney Spears won when the court suspended her father, and Britney Spears won when her fundamental rights and civil liberties were restored.”

Jimmy Donaldson, better known as MrBeast, and the ghost kitchen company behind his virtual burger restaurant chain are trading barbs in a legal battle that will decide the fate of whether MrBeast Burger operates under the YouTube megastar’s brand.
In a suit filed on Monday in New York state court, Virtual Dining Concepts claims Donaldson breached his contract by publicly criticizing the chain and failing to follow through on a series of alleged commitments to grow the business. It says the YouTuber is looking to “torpedo the brand” after his attempts to seize total control of the venture were rebuffed. “Donaldson’s baseless and unlawful disparagement had the intended effect: MrBeast Burger’s reputation was materially damaged if not destroyed, customers abandoned the Brand, and Plaintiffs’ hard-won relationships with vendors, partners, and suppliers were shattered, causing damages to Plaintiffs that, according to the evidence and Donaldson’s own statements...

Britney Spears’s ex-husband, Kevin Federline, is defending Spears, calling the report that he said she used crystal meth “untrue.”
The Daily Mail claimed in a story last week that Federline told them in an interview, “I fear she’s on meth — I’ve been praying someone would make it public and that she wakes up…. It’s terrifying. She is the mother of my boys.”
Federline hit back at the article on his Instagram page.
In a story post, he wrote, “It saddens our family that Daphne Barak and Erbil Gunasti have decided to fabricate lies and publish the heartache our family has endured, along with the trauma of our minor children in the Daily Mail and The Sun. We did allow Daphne & Bill into our home because we trusted them, but that trust was lost and we severed ties back in March for many reasons we choose not to go into here.

Keanu Reeves has been granted a temporary restraining order against an alleged stalker.
The petition was filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday by Reeves’ lawyer Mathew Rosengart against a 38-year-old man. The defendant has allegedly stalked, harassed and trespassed on the actor’s property, making repeated uninvited appearances at Reeves’ home, according to documents obtained by The Hollywood Reporter.
The order describes the individual as a transient stranger with no permanent residence, but who has “engaged in an ongoing course of alarming and harassing/threatening conduct” since November 2022. The petition, which was filed on behalf of Reeves and also protects his partner, notes that the actor has suffered substantial distress since the stalking and harassment began.
An investigation into the individual found that they had made at least six “unwanted appearances” at Reeves’ Los Angeles County home between November of last year and this January. While there...

Keanu Reeves has been granted a temporary restraining order against a man who has allegedly been stalking the actor for several months.
His lawyer Mathew Rosengart submitted paperwork to a Los Angeles court on Tuesday asking for protection against a 38-year-old man named Bryan Keith Dixon.
Documents obtained by TheWrap state that Dixon trespassed onto Reeves’ property and attempted to make contact with him on six occasions between Nov. 2022 to Jan. 2023.
In one instance, Dixon allegedly left a backpack behind that contained a DNA testing kit, apparently with the intention of proving that they are blood-related. (Reeves maintains that he and Dixon have no relation whatsoever.) Dixon entered through a side gate in at least one of his attempts to break in, and scaled a fence surrounding the property in another.

Michael Bay blasted an article that accused him of killing a pigeon during a 2018 shoot for Netflix thriller 6 Underground in Rome.
According to an anonymous source from Italian authorities in a story on The Wrap – and another person who claimed to have witnessed the incident – a mishap with a dolly resulted in the death of a homing pigeon.
Pigeons, among several other bird species, are a protected species in Italy, falling under a national law that bans hunting, capturing or trapping them.
For unsuspecting tourists, even feeding them can incur a hefty fine.
The charges against the prominent American director and producer are not new ones, however. Over the past year, Bay has tried repeatedly to shut them down, choosing not to settle for a small fine in the case that he would admit to the alleged crime.

Britney Spears’ father and his lawyers should be sanctioned and found in contempt of court for disclosing confidential medical information on his daughter that was under seal, the pop star’s lawyer said Wednesday at a hearing that ended with no decision on the issue.

Just months after being released from a nearly 14-year conservatorship, Britney Spears has made her official return to music — and, boy, are we living. “Hold Me Closer,” a disco-infused, reimagining of some of Elton John’s classics, marks the Princess of Pop’s first new music since her 2016 album, Glory.
“Hold me closer, tiny dancer/Count the headlights on the highway,” sings Spears on the track, which interpolates John’s “The One,” “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart,” and “Tiny Dancer” into a club-ready bop. “Lay me down in sheets of...

Britney Spears’ lawyers hit out against her ex-husband Kevin Federline following his video posts about the pop star. Pic credit: ©ImageCollect.com/F. Sadou/AdMedia
Kevin Federline has caused controversy by opening up about his son’s relationship with their mother, Britney Spears, through interviews and by leaking private videos.
Now her lawyer has responded by issuing a legal warning after Britney also issued her own response on social media.
For 13 years of conservatorship, the pop icon’s father controlled her personal life and finances.
Federline claimed in an interview that the conservatorship, which ended in November 2021, actually “saved” her.
The former backup dancer also released video clips that featured Britney Spears arguing with her children.
However, the release backfired after many observers defended the singer’s attempt to discipline her teenage children.

Britney Spears and her team are fighting back against Kevin Federline's claims. On Aug. 10, Federline appeared to post videos from nearly four years ago on Instagram of what appeared to be his two sons arguing with their mother. "I can not sit back and let my sons be accused in this way after what they've been through. As much as it hurts us, we decided as a family to post these videos," Federline, who recently told ITV News their kids are avoiding their mom, captioned the since-deleted clips. "I hope our kids grow up to be better than this." While Spears hasn't publicly commented on the footage, her attorney Mathew Rosengart spoke...

“Hold me closer, tiny dancer.”
Elton John and Britney Spears’ rumored remake of John’s “Tiny Dancer” officially has a title, “Hold Me Closer,” borrowing from the first three words to the chorus to the 1972 single. “Hold Me Closer” was officially confirmed Monday by a rep for Universal Music’s Interscope Records, home to John, though little else is known about the new track including release date. John shared the single artwork on social media and it features a rocket (for John) and a red rose (for Spears) set against a blush pink backdrop.
John wrote “Tiny Dancer” with his legendary collaborator, songwriter Bernie Taupin. The track was featured on his 1971 album, Madman Across the Water, and Taupin once said that his wife, Maxine, inspired the lyrics.

Britney Spears won’t be sitting for her dad’s so-called “revenge deposition,” a judge ruled Wednesday.
The Los Angeles County judge stuck to the court’s tentative order at an afternoon hearing and spared the “Toxic” singer the in-person grilling sought by her dad Jamie Spears. Britney’s lawyer Mathew Rosengart argued it would leave his client “re-traumatized.”

The Tri Star executive accused of helping Britney Spears’ dad “mirror” his daughter’s iCloud account to spy on the pop star’s private messages has lost a last-minute bid to delay a key hearing next week on whether she must sit for a deposition and cough up documents.
Robin Greenhill sought the postponement this week by saying she hired a new law firm last weekend — and her new counsel needed more time to “become familiar” with her motion to quash the subpoenas served by Britney’s lawyer Mathew Rosengart last October.

Britney Spears’ Former Business Manager Involved in Creating Singer’s Conservatorship, Attorney Says

Britney Spears’ lawyer is claiming that the singer’s former business manager Tri Star Sports and Entertainment played a “substantial role” in establishing her 13-year conservatorship and received at least 18 million from it.
In a new filing obtained by The Hollywood Reporter, Spears’ legal representative Mathew Rosengart asserts that Tri Star and its employees, including founder Louise “Lou” Taylor and Robin Greenhill — who served as the singer’s business management team from 2008 through 2020 — were directly involved in facilitating the conservatorship.
The company and Greenhill, which was hired by Spears’ father and former conservator, Jamie, have previously stated they had no role in the process.
“Contrary to Tri Star’s public position and Ms. Greenhill’s November 4, 2021 sworn Declaration in which she stated that ‘in early 2008, Tri Star had no role in Ms. Spears’ affairs,’ Tri Star’s own internal emails (obtained from a...

Britney Spears' dad is hitting back at claims that he bugged the singer's bedroom during her 13-year conservatorship. The allegations first came to light in 2021's The New York Times Presents: "Controlling Britney Spears," in which a former member of Britney's security team alleged that Jamie monitored the pop star's phone and placed a listening device in her bedroom without her knowledge. At the time, Britney's attorney Mathew Rosengart told the Times that the accusations "must be fully and aggressively investigated." Now, in court documents filed on June 29 and obtained by E! Just four hours before Britney Spears married Sam Asghari in the yard of her California mansion, her first-husband Jason Alexander crept onto her property uninvited, sprinted into her home with a security guard on his tail, bolted upstairs, and tried to bust through her locked bedroom door, the guard testified Monday.
Spears was inside the bedroom at the time, preparing for her June 9 fairytale-themed wedding, security guard Richard N. Eubeler told the court.
Eubeler said he and Alexander were face-to-face outside the door once Alexander realized it wouldn’t open.

Britney Spears' conservatorship may have been terminated, but her legal battle with her estranged father Jamie Spears is not over. Since last fall, the pop star's lawyer has been trying to get her dad to appear for a deposition and answer questions about his alleged misconduct while acting as Britney's conservator for more than a decade. Britney Spears should not be forced to cover her mom’s 663,203 legal bill related to the pop star’s now-defunct conservatorship, her lawyer said at a tense court hearing Wednesday that ended with no decision on who will pay the towering tab.
“Ms. Spears should not be burdened with what happened here,” lawyer Mathew Rosengart told Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Brenda Penny. He argued it’s not his client’s fault that Lynne Spears’ lawyers apparently won’t get paid unless Britney coughs up the cash.
“This is exploitative of Britney Spears.
