For more than a year, there have been no arrests in the April 2016 massacre of the Rhoden family in which many of the eight family members were fatally shot multiple times. Police say that the victims were shot “execution-style,” and none appeared to be a suicide. The killer – or killers – are still at large.
But on Tuesday, police charged a witness with two felony charges of vandalism and tampering with evidence in the unsolved case.
James Manley, the brother of one of the victims, allegedly destroyed a Gps device that was being used in the investigation. People confirms the charges.

Lindsay Lohan finally filed a lawsuit against Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive, in which she claims that character Lacey Jonas featured in Grand Theft Auto V was based on her.
Lohan had been planning her suit since December 2013, and the suit was filed on Wednesday, June 2 in Manhattan.
The GTA V character, Lacey, is a young Hollywood starlet who needs the player to rescue her from paparazzi. “I’m really famous! I didn’t do anything – this is my average commute,” Lacey screams as she hides from the photogs.
In the game, which is set in a fictional L.A., the Chateau Marmont is prominently featured. Lohan lived at the historic Hollywood hotel during the summer of 2012 and has allegedly been banned from ever returning after she left a $46,000 bill unpaid.
“The portraits of the Plaintiff [Lohan] incorporated her image, likeness, clothing, outfits, Plaintiff’s clothing line products, ensemble in the form of hats,...

Suddenly
Written by Richard Sale
Directed by Alan Lewis
USA, 1954
An often amusing and enlightening result of a film buff’s tendency to explore movies of the past is discovering how differently people behaved and understood the world and the shifting circumstances around them. After all, common sense and zeitgeists are known to change with the times. The more years and decades elapse, the more or less people can grow accustomed to major or minor world events. In 2013, rumour and threats of presidential assassinations, in the United States or abroad, are sadly more common than was the case in 1954, the year Lewis Allen’s Suddenly was released, at least so far as can be assessed by how some of its characters react.
The quiet town of Suddenly, snuggly ensconced in what looks to be Anywhere, U.S.A., is on the verge of having its tiny world turned upside down.

More so than any other medium, video games are often the subject of some of the most controversial and shocking advertising campaigns. Whether it’s simply the fact that video games are seen as an edgy form of entertainment, or simply the fact that some adverts are tailored to fit games which are violent or controversial in the first place, a brand new controversy surrounding a video game advert will always be just around the corner.
While it can be easily argued that there’s no such thing as bad publicity – especially with many of the games on this list being huge successes – sometimes an advertising campaign or publicity stunt will step over the line of taste and decency, or sometimes, right into sheer stupidity. Here’s our pick of 10 of the most memorably controversial ad campaigns and publicity stunts, all of which gave moral crusaders and the easily offended...

We sit down with Ben Feder, CEO of Take-Two Interactive, as well as Public Affairs VP Alan Lewis, to discuss the latest innovations in video games: Sony and Microsoft's motion controls, gaming on 3-D televisions, and the success of downloadable content.
Kevin Ohannessian: What's your favorite thing at E3 this year?
Ben Feder: Can I say my own games? We're really excited about the first-party controllers. I think what Sony is doing is exciting, what Microsoft is doing is exciting, what Nintendo is doing is exciting. It's all going in different areas. It's all goodness, all ways in which we can innovate, first-parties can innovate, without dealing with console shift. Console shift is exciting, but it is also very disruptive. This doesn't feel disruptive, but it does feel like a lot off upside in terms of innovation and creative. We're excited about that, we're excited about our own games. It...
