Hollywoodnews.com: Gary Oldman has a new hat to wear in addition to actor: Music video director.
The “Hannibal” star is helming the music video of La-based burgeoning singer Jonathan Clark. Oldman heard that the artist was struggling to put his promo together, so the actor pitched in to help reports Contact Music. Oldman will direct the vid for Clark’s track “I’ll Be There.”
Oldman exclaims “His musicianship, his writing, and his musical knowledge is quite staggering! He has made a brilliant, heartfelt debut album that I hope marks the start of a long career.
“Working with Jonathan on his video was such a joy. He is totally at home around a camera and his natural gift for acting made the entire process a pleasure from beginning to end.”
Clark isn’t a stranger to the music scene having played bass for Glenn Frey, Don Henley, Dwight Yoakam and Michael McDonald.
