Marcel Bleustein-Blanchet was born on 21 August 1906 in Enghien-les-Bains, Val-d'Oise, France. He died on 11 April 1996 in Paris, Ile-de-France, France.
Creator in 1926 of the Publicis agency which transformed publicity and ad campaigns in France, he also sets up in 1960 a foundation that now bears his name and that helps young men and women achieve their professional goal : Fondation de la vocation. He is the father of Elisabeth Badinter.
