A 32-year-old Tennessee police officer with three small children was fatally shot Thursday while responding to a domestic violence call, People confirms. A single bullet struck Maryville officer Kenny Moats in the neck, just missing his bulletproof vest, and he died soon after arriving at a hospital for treatment, police said.
