Arno Peeters (1969) started tape-music in the early '80's and evolved
to electronic music. He was one of the first techno-artists in The
Netherlands with releases on a.o. Djax-Up-Beats. He shifted to more
experimental music and in 1996, his album 'AeroSon' won a first prize
at the International Rostrum for Electroacoustic Music (IREM). He is an
editor and producer for Dutch National Radio 1,4 and 6 and worked on
countless documentaries and radio-plays, some of which were
award-winning. He composes, edits, mixes and masters all kinds of
projects from the no-budget fine art to the high profile and the
cutting edge multimedia. Together with partner and installation-artist
Iris Honderdos, he travels the globe to make Community Art, for example
in Vietnam, Finland, Armenia, Sierra Leone, Uganda and India.
