Jen Shah‘s husband is sharing an update on how the former Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star is doing while in prison.
If you didn’t know, Jen surrendered to the Federal Prison Camp in Bryan, Texas after pleading guilty to criminal fraud charges stemming from an alleged telemarketing scheme.
Coach Sharrieff Shah recently took to his wife’s Instagram where he revealed how Jen celebrated her 50th birthday behind bars.

The “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” was sentenced to six and a half years in prison for wire fraud over a long-running telemarketing scheme targeting elderly consumers.
NBC News first reported Shah’s sentencing in the federal case. The Bravo-lebrity is set to serve 78 months and will be subject to five years of supervised release after her term. Shah was arrested by the FBI on-camera while filming “Rhoslc” in March 2021. Shah pled guilty in July 2022 and agreed to make restitution of more than 9 million to the victims. Shah also agreed to forfeit 6.5 million to the government.
Prosecutor Robert Sobelman urged Judge Stein in New York federal court to consider a decade-long prison sentence. “Victims were defrauded over and over again until they had nothing left,” Sobelman and federal prosecutors wrote in a December 23 opening memo. “[Shah] and her...

Jen Shah from Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” has been indicted and arrested for conspiracy to commit wire fraud in connection with telemarketing, and conspiracy to commit money laundering. The charges, brought about from the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, were announced on Tuesday. Shah was arrested along with her assistant, Stuart Smith, who has also been featured on the show, as one of her many assistants.
The charges allege that from 2012 until today, Shah, Smith and others ran a telemarketing scheme that defrauded older people by selling “lead lists” for nonexistent business opportunities.
