- Birth nameGeorge Robert Powell
- Height5′ 7″ (1.70 m)
- Born in the summer of 1982, George R. Powell began his musical quest at a young age, beginning piano lessons at age 4. In 1995, Powell grew disinterested in playing classical music in concert settings and began making up his own piano renditions of popular video game music. It was this little hobby that drove George to bringing forth his own original music that he'd been carrying around within himself for many years.
In 1997, George began composing MIDI music for his own self-produced video games, and in 2002 began to make music for the independently-produced games of other people who also belonged to the game-making hobbyist community online.
It wasn't until 2004 that George scored his first major production: a live stage drama, titled "The Man From Galilee", at his local church in New Port Richey, Florida. His skills were there discovered by a local recording studio owner and George was trained in digital composition with the use of digital audio workstations.
Years later, and a few projects later as well, George scored his first feature-length film "The Hero of Time" by BMB Finishes, a feat that gave him much exposure and love from his online fans worldwide.- IMDb Mini Biography By: George R. Powell
