What can Brittani do to get back into Tyra's good books after the events of last week's panel on America's Next Top Model, which saw her bolting from the judging room in tears after being criticized over her attitude towards Alexandria. Tyra openly admitted to having a "serious issue" with the other judges' vote to give Brittani a second chance at the expense of Mikaela during a surprising panel moment. "If it was a (more)...

America's Next Top Model eliminee Mikaela has said that she has no regrets about her time on the show. The 21-year-old was sent home from The CW competition this week after failing to deliver enough "crazy" in the episode's Psycho-themed photoshoot. However, Tyra openly admitted that she had been outvoted in the panel decision to eliminate Mikaela over Brittani. The judges had been critical of Brittani's "unprofessional" behaviour during a Ford Warriors In Pink challenge, but she was given a second chance after receiving backing from Nigel, Andre and guest judge Eric Daman. Speaking to Digital Spy after the show, Mikaela said: "I'm not the type of person to have regrets. I was always taught 'just live with what you did and if you didn't like it, change it and be better next time'. I don't have any regrets; (more)...

Mikaela was one of my early picks to go all the way on America's Next Top Model cycle 16, but signs pointed the other way early on in the season: Her look was flawless, but the results were not showing up in her final shots. And when she wasn't on a photo shoot she just seemed so ... relaxed. So relaxed, in fact, that it seemed we didn't get to hear much from her at all, as she kept herself out of the big drama between the other girls. A great strategy for being a human being, but not the best for making soundbites on a reality TV show.
So when it came down to the choice between Brittani, who has put up beautiful photos and also had a major blowout at this week's panel, or Mikaela, who was showing promise but not results, the judges voted to keep Brittani. And while...

Things got ugly on " America's Next Top Model " Wednesday when one contestant criticized another in front of Tyra Banks and the other judges. Earlier in the episode, the models did a shoot with judge/photographer Nigel Barker , which resident "mean girl" Alexandria won. Fellow contestant Brittani felt Alexandria's win was undeserved and let her know afterwards. Nigel witnessed the entire tirade and questioned the two during the judging panel about it. Watch the drama unfold: After being called out on her unsportsmanlike behavior by Tyra, Brittani suffered a panic attack and ran off set. When Brittani returned, Tyra wanted to eliminate Brittani for her outburst, but the other judges, including Nigel, Andr é Leon Talley and stylist Eric Daman voted 3-1 to keep her. Thus, Tyra was outvoted and Brittani stayed, sending Mikaela home. Read more...

We've never seen an episode of "America's Next Top Model" with so many sulky faces. Wow, girls, you can be sitting at home on your couch watching the show like us or you can be walking in a hamster ball, having bees crawl all over your face, placing yourself on fire, and rolling in mud. Um, Ok, you can sulk.
On this episode, Tyra Banks tried to teach the girls about fame and how to deal with it. She also had the girls figure out what model archetype they are (but we're not sure how that fit into the lesson).
She surprised the girls in their house with boards filled with pictures, diagrams, and lists. She had them do important exercises like practicing their autographs. We're sure glad Tyra didn't take that time to teach them impractical things like, say, how to model. Sulky girl No. 1 was Molly, who still...

Sara Longoria, the last eliminated contestant on "America's Next Top Model" would like to make something very clear. She doesn't believe she has to choose between modeling and her feminist politics and she's totally up for the job.
"Coupled with some clever editing and the voiceover talking about how embarrassed I might be later when my fem-core friends saw this makes me seem like I let my politics get in the way of modeling," Sara, 18, tells Zap2it. "On the one hand, even me bringing it up was extremely unprofessional. Models should be able to take any job and do any job regardless of what she believes personally."
So, what happened with the Edinburg, Texas student? We tried to figure that out in five questions:
You and Alexandria had a disagreement over moving to New York City to pursue modeling after the competition is over. How did that come about?...

So, she may be going to Harvard, but Tyra Banks isn't the quickest study. This week on "America's Next Top Model," a second guest judge gave a less than glowing report of Alexandria on-set and Tyra finally realized sanctions must be placed on the Orange County-sized ego.
Before that, she sent Miss J. to do her dirty work in this week's first challenge. Continuing this season's ridiculously made for TV challenges, she sent the girls down a fiery runway. No one literally crashed and burned, but that would've made for one hell of a promo tease.
Dalya, who proclaimed herself the strongest walker, actually made good on her word. By the way, did we mention this episode's theme is confidence?
Hannah, Sarah, and Kasia, the three worst runway walkers, had to hoof it home as their punishment. Overall, this season has some pretty strong walkers, right? Every season has the wobblers,...
