Simon Cowell has insisted that ITV are "delighted" with his new gameshow Red or Black?. The entertainment mogul, who introduced the roulette series last weekend, said that "human error" was to blame after former convicted criminal Nathan Hageman won the £1 million jackpot on the show's first episode.
