Advait Nemlekar is an Indian film score composer and music director, who has worked mainly in Bollywood, but he is also well-known for his works in Gujarati cinema.
He had started his career with composing music, background music, and background score for short movies like Goodbye (released in 2012), House for Sale (released in 2012), and Bling! The Freakiest Love Triangle Ever! (released in 2013).
He had his debut as a composer in the feature film with Kaafiron Ki Namaaz (released in 2013). From then on, he has been going on non-stop with some of his most notable film credits in the Gujarati film industry including Gujjubhai the Great (released in 2015) and GujjuBhai - Most Wanted (released in 2018), a Gujarati comedy-drama featuring Jimit Trivedi, Jayesh More, Vyoma Nandi Vyoma Nandi, and Sunil Vishrani playing crucial roles.
Advait Nemlekar has worked in well-known movies like Saand Ki Aankh (released in 2019) directed by Tushar Hiranandani and produced by Anurag Kashyap and featured an ensemble cast of Tapsee Pannu, Bhumi Pednekar, Vineet Kumar Singh and Prakash Jha starring in the movie, and Men Will Be Men (released in 2011) directed by Gorky produced by Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment and featured, Rohit Khurana, Zeena Kamdar, Rajesh Kumar and Rahil Tandon in the leading roles.
He has also come to be more well-known thanks to his work on Shukranu (released in 2020), of which he was the theme music composer and Special OPS (released in 2020) and Prakash Jha's Aashram, of which he was the music director.
They were released on OTT (Over the top) streaming services like ZEE5 (Shukranu) Disney+ Hotstar (Special Ops). Advait Nemlekar has also composed the music for the upcoming movie Bodhi which will be released sometime in 2020.
Apart from films, Advait Nemlekar has also composed music for several TV series' like All About Section 377 (released in 2016), I Don't Watch TV (released in 2016), and Gangster Newton (released in 2017).
He has currently signed with the record label OML Entertainment Private Limited with whom he has been associated for quite a while now
