- Attorney who represented the estate of former Howard Hughes executive Frank Gay against a lawsuit by Melvin E. Dummar alleging Gay conspired to conceal evidence which proved the so-called "Mormon Will" was genuine, and Dummar was one of Hughes's rightful heirs. On 9 January 2007, the United States District Court for the District of Utah dismissed the suit, citing that a jury in 1978 found the "Mormon Will" to be a fake.
