When 13-year-old Rachel Crow made her shocking exit on the first season of Simon Cowell's American version of "X Factor," the typically unflappable judge promised the weepy teen that her ride was not over. Those pledges didn't immediately dry her tears or cushion the blow, but Cowell has made good on his vow in the form of now-14-year-old Crow's upcoming debut Ep.
After finishing fifth, Crow will actually get music out before season one finisher Melanie Amaro, who is still working on her debut album. Crow's self-titled five-song Ep will be released digitally on June 26 and feature songs produced by a number of veteran hitmakers, including Toby Gad (Beyoncé, Fergie), Matt Squire (One Direction, 3Oh!3) and Jonas Jeberg (The Wanted, Pussycat Dolls).
