Guy Rupert Lane

Guy Rupert Lane was well-known in drama and comedy stage from the
1870s' one of his best known roles was in 'When Knights were bold' at
the Wyndham theatre in 1907. Portly Gentleman who starred in only two
films the first in a war drama 'The Road to Calais' made at the Regent
(MP) Film Company in 1914 then the following year a character role in
'The Underworld of London' a crime drama starring Arthur Finn and Lily
Saxby.
