Daniel Ellis(V)
- Composer
From an early age, Daniel was surrounded by music. Everyone in his
immediate family are musicians. Daniel started piano in 4th grade, and
has continued ever since then. Over the years, he picked up saxophone
and flute, and found solid ground as a percussionist. He got his start
on film music when he realized something: Throughout his musical
journey, he cycled through many different genres of music. There was
punk, there was metal, there was progressive rock, and many more. The
one genre that was always present, even if there was only a couple
albums here and there, was film music. Since having that revelation in
high school, he has been scoring films and continues to work on at
least one at all times.
