Born Ian Edward Fults on May 13th 1970 in Pinawa Manitoba.
His parents lived in Werner Lake Ontario, so the closest hospital to the small Ontario mining town was in another province.
The family moved to Ignace Ontario in 192 with his new born brother Ron, and Ian lived there until he graduated from Ignace Public School in 1988. After which he tried college in London Ontario, attending the Journalism Broadcasting school at Fanshawe college.
Failing the course, I an joined the Canadian Armed Forces in April of 1989 becoming a Radio Operator, a job that he thought would use his voice skills to a degree.
It was not for him.
After a series of odd jobs and personal loss, Ian decided to start a new life in Victoria BC where he pursued relentlessly his dream of becoming a Voice Actor.
