- Don Young is an American politician served as the U.S. Representative for Alaska's at-large congressional district, served in his 24th term in the House, having served since 1973. A member of the Republican Party, he was the longest-serving member of the United States House of Representatives from the Republican Party and from State of Alaska, the longest serving member of Congress, and the last remaining member of Congress who has been in office since the Nixon Administration.
