Born and raised in Quebec, Canada, David Rosa discovered his passion
for cinema at an early age. After completing his studies in Film and
Television production at the Montreal Trebas Institute with a
Certificate of Excellence, he went on to work for television
productions such as Just for Laughs Gags. David Rosa also later
received camera training with AQTIS and attended different Workshops at
Maine Media College such as "Camera Operator" under the teachings of
Rexford Metz, one of the rare 250 members of the prestigious ASC and
"Steadicam Operator" under the teachings of Paul Taylor. At the end of
his film studies, he founded Delarosa Films, which already made its
first mark in the short film industry with "La Loi du Retour" and
"Northern Abductions", co-produced with Francis Richard which earned
them the honour of being invited at the 64th and 65th Short Film Corner
of the Cannes Film Festival. David Rosa now is now dedicated to the
production and direction of feature films in association with Miracle
department.
