Gloria plays a key role in The Consultant (Amazon Prime series) opposite two-time Oscar winning actor Christoph Waltz. Her character in this series goes thru immense pain in the series.
Her passion is playing characters that have experienced immense pain and struggle, not losing their humanity, vulnerability, and love. Her own personal journey of leaving my abusive home in Korea at the age of 14 to protect and bring my mother to the US has given me the deep understanding of the human experience. She is a former dentist and 2nd degree black belt in Samurai Sword, being the only woman in my dojo.
Gloria is the producer and an actor in Dear Tony (chosen for Direct TV shorts) about sacrifices in true love with LGBTQ. She also produced and acted in What Brings You In, comedy series about a therapist caught in dilemmas with his patients because of political and social issues. What Brings You In won many awards in the festival circles and featured in TCL Chinese Theater in Los Angeles.
Gloria's love for acting started in theaters in Chicago where she performed on many stages such as Second City, Stage 773, Gorilla Tango Theater, Candlelight Theater to name a few. She was the lead in Neil Simon's play The Odd Couple (Female Version),played many female driven plays, LGBTQ forward plays and many more dark, satirical shows.
