Born in New Jersey to Army foreign service parents, Joe spend his formative years living in military bases around the world, where he developed a passion for the arts.
He attended Pemberton Township High School, graduating in 2001. Following graduation he enlisted in the United States Navy, serving for 8 years.
His area of expertise includes design, animation and visual effects. He has focused his attention towards design work, composition, and 2D/3D animations. He is a alumnus of Savannah College of Art and Design, and also received a Master of Engineering from Old Dominion University, located in Norfolk, Virginia.
In 2020, Joe ran as a challenger to Elaine Luria for election to the U.S. House to represent Virginia's 2nd Congressional District. However, he withdrew before the Democratic primary on June 23, 2020. Future plans to run for office are unknown at this time.
