Greg Mitchell has written a dozen major non-fiction books, including the bestselling "The Tunnels" and "The Campaign of the Century: Upton Sinclair's Race for Governor of California." Recently he turned his attention to writing and directing films, completing the multiple award-winning "Atomic Cover-up" and "The First Attack Ads: Hollywood vs. Upton Sinclair," which aired nationally over PBS stations in October 2022. His latest film, to be released in 2023, is "The Memorial Day Massacre," narrated by Josh Charles.
His other books include: "Tricky Dick and the Pink Lady," "Hiroshima in America" (with Robert Jay Lifton) and the 2020 award-winner "The Beginning or the End," on the controversy surrounding Hollywood's dreadful first atomic bomb movie.
