Mark S. Hollingsworth
- Music Department
- Composer
- Soundtrack
Mark Hollingsworth has written thousands of compositions for commercials, TV shows and films and was the composer for three seasons of Disney XD's Kirby Buckets. He has composed music for commercials for nearly every major brand, has three alert tones on every iPhone and has had music on NBC, CBS, ABC, Fox, The Hallmark Channel, Comedy Central, PBS and many others.
His early career as a studio woodwind player gave Mark the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the best in the music industry, from Quincey Jones and Stevie Wonder to Danny Elfman and Chris Young. This perspective from inside to outside the orchestra (and big band) has informed his ability to write for live players or to produce dynamically "in the box."
Mark grew up in Chicago and graduated magna cum laude from Berklee College of Music in Boston.
