J.D. Moran (He/They) is a queer Chicano-Boricua who is passionate about telling the stories of LGBTQIA+ communities, racial justice issues, and facilitating dialogue for change. He is a national associate member of the Television Academy and the Set Decorator's Society of America (SDSA).
Since 2012, he has worked in various roles within art departments, set decoration, and props to communicate stories visually from soup to nuts. Within film, music video, commercial, and editorial production, his projects have been featured at prestigious festivals and his television projects can be seen on most streaming services.
J.D. works in California (Los Angeles and the SF Bay Area) and the Greater New York City Area.
