It all began in 2014 with an internship at WCTV, where I gained valuable insights about editing and filmmaking. After producing several shorts, I produced a no-budget feature film, which led to a scholarship to Watkins College of Art, Design & Film. Although the college was sadly defunct during my attendance, I pressed on. With private equity secured, I produced 'Audrey', which earned my first p.g.a. Producers Mark and propelled me toward my goal of joining the Producers Guild of America. I continue to seek new opportunities to expand my skill set and knowledge, embracing new experiences both within and outside the world of film to create a diverse portfolio.
Learn to choose your battles. In film everyone has an opinion. Critics, crew members, cast, and audience. You learn to listen to everyone, but also be firm in some of your choices. You can't please everyone.
