‘The Tower’ Season 2: First Look as BritBox Crime Drama Returns With Missing Child Cold Case (Video)
BritBox‘s gripping crime drama The Tower is officially returning for Season 2, and TV Insider is exclusively debuting the trailer for the action-packed, four-episode season. In the video above, Tahirah Sharif (BAFTA-nominated for her work in Season 1) and Gemma Whelan return to their roles as rookie Police Constable Lizzie Adama and Detective Sergeant Sarah Collins. When a reopened cold case takes an unexpected turn, Sarah must face Lizzie once more. Premiering Tuesday, May 16 in North America, The Tower 2: Death Message is based on the second novel in author Kate London’s best-selling series. Suppress your bitter aching loneliness this holiday by watching some very anti-Valentine’s Day cinematic relationships on Shudder! We here at Trailers From Hell have culled through all of the least romantic flicks currently showing on that spookiest of movie streaming platforms, and found some intriguing viewing fodder if you’re less-than-receptive to the typical amorous pablum.

This hokey slasher, starring such staples of the early aughts as Denise Richards and David Boreanaz (plus a pre-Grey’s Anatomy Katherine Heigl). A serial killer wanders the streets of San Francisco (with a Los Angeles interlude) wearing a creepy marble Cupid mask, using a variety of slick household items, including an electric drill and a hot iron. Not the healthiest form of romantic self-expression for our Cupid.

Exclusive: BritBox North America has picked up exclusive North American rights to Game of Thrones star Gemma Whelan’s upcoming ITV thriller The Tower.
All episodes of Mammoth Screen/Windhover Films’ three-parter, which also stars The Haunting of Bly Manor’s Tahirah Sharif and Kate & Koji lead Jimmy Akingbola, will be released simultaneously on the platform on December 1 in North America.
The series will debut shortly on BritBox co-owner ITV in the UK and is distributed internationally by ITV Studios.
