Alex Riviere is an audio and music director who has been working professionally with sounds for more than 20 years, and in game audio for the last decade.
Alex has worked both with game development in-house and externally, wearing multiples hats such as audio director, music director, sound supervisor, music supervisor, sound designer, music designer, voice designer, and audio localization producer
Originally, Alex started his career as a composer and music producer for major music publishers, working on multiple record albums for top French urban and pop artists. He then moved to the postproduction industry, working as sound supervisor, sound designer, and re-recording mixer on numerous commercials, trailers, and documentaries.
Alex has been working with both local and global companies, directing, supervising and mentoring audio teams across the world. He has unique international and diverse audio expertise, having worked professionally both in music, postproduction, and games; Alex likes to bring the best of both worlds by implementing techniques, ideas, and workflows from all these different industries and cultural heritages into his audio works.
