Gautam Dua

Gautam Dua was born in Queens, NY to Indian immigrants. His father a Realtor and his mother an OB/GYN at a public hospital, Gautam grew up in Westbury, Long Island and eventually moved to Glen Head, Long Island when he was 11.
Gautam is also a hip hop artist going by the name Gotham Green.
In 2002, at 19, Gotham moved to Austin, TX to start an independent record label. He lived in Austin for 3 years before eventually moving to Los Angeles in 2005 to further his own musical career.
He has released several projects with his DJ/Producer Quickie Mart. Together they have released 4 volumes of the successful series entitled Haze Diaries. In September of 2014 he released his first solo LP entitled Child Of An Immigrant. He has collaborated with artists such as Freddie Gibbs, Planet Asia, American Idol contestants Jackie Tohn and Jes Hudak as well as hip hop legends Kool G Rap, Nature and JoJo Pellegrino to name a few. Gotham has toured nationally and has performed along side some of the biggest names in Hip Hop and Pop music.
He moved back to his native New York in 2010.
While he continues to make music, Gautam has been working in Real Estate Investing for almost 10 years, concentrating on the Brooklyn, NY area. He has also recently gotten into the film and television world, producing films, and also running a successful film studio in Brooklyn. He has begun working on a career in stand up comedy and in 2018 is shopping an original sitcom idea to networks. He has stated in the past that he might begin auditioning for roles in TV and film.
Gautam is also a hip hop artist going by the name Gotham Green.
