The X Factor eliminees Stereo Kicks have suggested that Cheryl was "harsh" during their sing-off.
Stereo Kicks lost out in Deadlock to Cheryl's act Lauren Platt, but not before Cheryl had criticised Mel B for choosing to save the boys.
The X Factor Stereo Kicks' Casey on womanising rumours: "I love girls"
"I thought it was pretty harsh," Stereo Kicks member Chris Leonard told Digital Spy today. "The way Cheryl put it across was, 'You can't criticise them like that and then say yes to keep them in'.
"Cheryl gave out about people earlier on in the competition, saying that when they were sick you can't use that as an excuse. And then Lauren was a bit under the weather this week, but Cheryl brought it up. You can't say one thing and then do the other, it's not really fair. But it is what it is, it's happened,...

The X Factor eliminee Casey Johnson has admitted that he has a penchant for the ladies after scores of reports of his womanising ways.
Johnson, one of the members of eliminated X Factor boyband Stereo Kicks, explained that a lot of the rumours about him are incorrect.
Asked about one woman who claimed to have slept with him three times in one night, he told Digital Spy today: "That was a lie, that wasn't true. Genuinely."
But Johnson was a bit more circumspect when asked about reports he had been sending saucy text messages to the wife of Neil 'Razor' Ruddock, and as the rest of the boys laughed, he said: "Erm, I don't really want to talk about that. It's done now, it's dusted. It's under the rug."
"He likes girls and girls like him too," Charlie Jones suggested, with Johnson saying: "Don't get me wrong, I love girls...

Stereo Kicks have spoken out after leaving The X Factor.
The band left the show after a sing-off with Lauren Platt went to deadlock tonight (November 30).
Louis Walsh on Stereo Kicks exit: 'Everybody made a mistake'
Speaking on The Xtra Factor, Chris Leonard said: "If you'd have said [we'd get to the] quarter-finals, we'd have laughed.
"We never thought we'd come this far. As a group, we'd honestly like to thank the fans [and] everyone at home that voted."
He added: "That means the world to us. Thank you."
Jake Sims went on to say: "We've all experienced stuff we'd never have experienced without this show and it's just been amazing.
Casey Johnson offered a message to fans, saying: 'I'd advise anyone to go for the show. It'll change your life completely."
Tom Mann later addressed Simon Cowell's decision not to save them earlier in the night.
"It was gutting. We felt like Mel...

A stage invasion took place during tonight's live X Factor show (November 8).
As Stereo Kicks performed their rendition of Michael Jackson's 'You Are Not Alone', Lee Nelson - the alter-ego of comedian Simon Brodkin - ran onto the stage before being escorted off.
All four judges praised the band for their professionalism during the incident, with Simon Cowell joking that Louis Walsh had added yet another member to the eight-piece group.
Mel B then revealed that Cheryl Fernandez-Versini originally thought the invader was Take That's Mark Owen.
An official spokesperson for The X Factor told Digital Spy: "During Stereo Kicks' performance this evening, there was a brief disturbance on stage, which was immediately dealt with by security. The performance continued as planned."
Nelson ultimately took responsibility for the prank in a series of Twitter messages, writing: "There are so many of them I thought anyone could have a go.

The X Factor star Lauren Platt has admitted that she is frustrated by rumours romantically linking her to Only The Young member Charlie George.
Speaking to Digital Spy at the X Factor studios yesterday, Platt insisted she isn't annoyed by the reports but explained that their relationship is strictly platonic.
"It's frustrating, because I personally feel like a girl and a boy can just be friends without things going on," she said. "It's just like me being friends with Fleur except Charlie's a boy, really.
"A lot of my friends back home are boys so to me it doesn't really register in my head sometimes. To other people, obviously a lot of people aren't like that so I can understand why people would think there's something going on. I just think for two of the youngest people in the house, we're handling it a lot more maturely than a lot...

The X Factor acts have admitted that they think Jake Quickenden could win I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!
While the line-up has not yet been confirmed for the hit jungle competition, Quickenden - who was eliminated from The X Factor a fortnight ago - has been rumoured to be on the list.
Speaking to Digital Spy backstage at the X Factor studios, Fleur East suggested that Quickenden would be "amazing" on the show.
"He's one of these all-rounders – he's really talented, he's got a great personality, he could do anything," she said. "So yeah, that would be fun to see."
Paul Akister admitted that he missed Quickenden in the X Factor house, saying: "I think everyone does. He's such a big character and just in general in the house the mood was really high – everyone was just really happy, and when he went everyone just went dead.

The X Factor band Stereo Kicks have defended their partying antics this week.
The boys recently revealed that they take girls back to an Ibis hotel on nights out, and were seen enjoying themselves while celebrating band member Tom Mann's 21st birthday.
However, speaking to Digital Spy at the X Factor studios, the band explained that they're just having fun.
"Certain things get twisted and turned the wrong way but we're lads," James Graham said. "Some of us are older teenagers and it's just what's going to happen, especially if we get some time out – we want to do something normal because we spend our whole week doing this, doing that, being dragged there, being dragged here.
"It's nice having some time with people that we're close to. It's been twisted badly but that's not how it was at all."
Chris Leonard added: "It's Chinese whispers. At the end...
