Born in New York City and raised in Washington, DC, Polly Kreisman graduated from Cornell University. Although she is an award winning journalist, having won 15 Emmys for investigative reporting, she is now acting on television and in films.
Credits include Nobody Wants This (Netflix,) The Girls on the Bus (HBO), The Undoing (HBO), and The Plot Against America (HBO), as well as CBS' Tommy, The Blacklist on NBC, and Hunters on Amazon Prime. On Netflix, she appears in the film Mr. Harrigan's Phone.
During the SAG strike, Polly wrote "Drama Queens," a TV Pilot.
She is the mother of twins, a boy and girl, and two badly behaved dogs. She rides horses (English), does Barre, yoga and long distance hiking.
