The nickname "Peter Pandrew" originally came from the poem; "Georgey, Peorgey", as when Cristi was little his family used to say; "Andrew, Pandrew, puddin' and pie, kisses the girls and makes them cry, and when the boys come out to play, Andrew, Pandrew runs away." This was shortened to derivatives such as Pandy, Panda and Pandrew. When Cristi got older, but seemed very stuck in his youth in both appearance and personality (much like the character "Peter Pan",) Andrew Pandrew became "Peter Pandrew.".
